8. Live Classes, Recordings and Progress Reports

KidPRO classes are delivered live on our online class platforms. Because our learners are children, we take extra care with the information collected during class. This section explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have as a parent or guardian.

What we collect during classes

Video and audio recordings of the class, chat messages, participant display names, automatically generated class notes and transcripts, attendance, join and leave times, login details, device information and IP address, coach notes, skill scores, and AI-generated progress assessments.

Why we collect it

1. Safety. To keep a record of every class for the safety of children and coaches, so we can review what happened and take action if a concern is raised.
2. Progress reports. To prepare your child's monthly progress report. Our AI analyses your child's movement in class video to measure skill and form, and a coach reviews every report.
3. Coach training. To train our coaches and maintain coaching quality.
4. Demo classes. Demo classes are recorded so our team can understand how each demo went and improve the experience for every family.
5. Improving our AI. To train and improve the KidPRO AI models that assess movement, form and skill, so progress reports become more accurate. Models learn movement patterns, not a child's identity.
6. Running classes. To track attendance, manage schedules and billing, and keep our platform secure.

We do not use class information for any purpose not listed here without asking you first.

Our commitments for children's data

• We process a child's data only with verifiable consent from their parent or legal guardian.
• We do not show targeted advertising to children, and we do not profile children for marketing.
• We use class video and AI analysis only for safety, education, progress reporting and improving our AI coaching models.
• Class recordings are never used in marketing, ads or social media.
• We never sell personal data.

Who can access it

Access is limited to a small number of authorised KidPRO staff: the safety and quality team (to review concerns), and selected members of our technology and AI team (to generate progress reports, train and improve our AI models, and maintain the platform). Coaches cannot download or keep recordings. All access is logged.

Service providers and storage

Class recordings and data are stored securely with trusted technology providers who host and process data on our behalf under contract. Some of these providers may store or process data on servers located outside India, in accordance with applicable law. Only authorised KidPRO staff can access it. We may disclose information to authorities only where required by law.

How long we keep it

• Class video recordings, class notes and transcripts: while the child's plan is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for safety, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Demo class recordings (no plan purchased): for a reasonable period after the demo, for safety, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Progress reports, skill scores, coach notes, attendance: while your child is enrolled, and for a reasonable period afterwards for safety, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Login, device and IP logs: for a reasonable period, for security and legal purposes.
• Payment and invoice records: as required by Indian tax and company law.

Once information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is securely deleted. If a safety concern, complaint or legal matter is raised, we keep the related records until it is fully resolved. When class videos are deleted, AI models already trained on them keep only the general movement patterns they learned, not the videos themselves or anything that identifies your child.

Your rights

As a parent or guardian, you can ask to review your child's class recording (we share only the portion related to your child, as group classes include other children), and to access, correct or delete your child's data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to act for you, or raise a grievance. Write to support@khiladipro.com. If you withdraw consent for recording, your child will not be able to attend live classes, and unused classes will be refunded under our Refund Policy.

Security and breaches

Data is stored on access-controlled systems with two-step login for staff. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected parents and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
