Introduction

Welcome to KhiladiPro, operated by K-Eye Sportstech Private ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (khiladipro.com) or our mobile application (KPro), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Account Creation

• Users must create accounts to access features
• Users are responsible for account confidentiality
• Users are liable for activities under their account

2. User-Generated Content

• Users can upload text and images
• Company reserves right to remove policy-violating content
• Contact support for infringement notices

3. In-App Purchases

• Purchases are subject to specified fees
• All payments are final and non-refundable

4. Goods, Items, and Services

• One-time payments only
• Purchase terms specified during transaction

5. Subscription Plans and Free Trial

• Separate terms for subscription plans
• Free trial terms must be reviewed before opting in

6. Intellectual Property

• All content is exclusive property of K-Eye Sportstech Private
• Unauthorized use is prohibited

7. Feedback and Suggestions

• User feedback welcomed
• Company can implement suggestions without compensation

8. Promotions, Contests, Sweepstakes

Specific terms for each event will be provided when applicable.

9. Class Recording and Safety

1. Recording. To keep children and coaches safe, all KidPRO live sessions, including demos and makeup classes, are recorded on the online platforms we use to deliver them. Participants are shown a notice that the session is being recorded.
2. Consent. By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent, on the child's behalf, to the recording and processing of class information as described in our Privacy Policy, including AI analysis for progress reports and the use of class recordings to train and improve KidPRO's AI models.
3. Use of recordings. Recordings are used for the safety of children and coaches, monthly progress reports, coach training, improving demo classes, training and improving our AI models, and running our services. If a safety concern, complaint, refund request or dispute arises, KidPRO may review recordings and rely on them to understand what happened and decide on appropriate action.
4. Retention. Recordings, including demo class recordings, are kept for as long as the child's plan is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for safety, legal and dispute-resolution purposes, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Where a concern, complaint or legal matter is open, KidPRO may keep the related recordings until it is resolved, or as required by law.
5. No recording by participants. To protect every child's privacy, parents, children and other participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, stream or share any part of a session. KidPRO may remove a participant from classes for breaking this rule.
6. Camera on, always. KidPRO classes are live fitness classes, so your child's camera must stay on for the full class, with their body visible in frame. This lets the coach guide form and keep your child safe while they move. A child whose camera is off cannot take part in that class.
7. A safe class space. Please make sure your child joins from a safe, open space with room to move and a responsible adult nearby.
8. Coaches. KidPRO coaches follow a code of conduct and are also recorded in every session.
9. Raising a concern. You can report any safety concern to our Grievance Officer, Siddhant Vats, at support@khiladipro.com. We treat safety concerns as our top priority.
10. Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. Since recording is part of how we keep every live class safe, your child will no longer be able to attend live sessions after withdrawal, and unused classes will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
11. Viewing a recording. A parent may request to review their child's class recording. KidPRO will review the relevant part with the parent and share only the portion related to their child, as group classes include other children.
12. Marketing. Class recordings are never used in advertising or on social media.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes.
