Question 1

What's the refund policy if my child doesn't like it after the paid plan starts?

Accepted Answer

Every family starts with the ₹99 demo session, so you see a certified coach work with your child before any subscription begins. If a paid plan has already started and you want to stop, email support@khiladipro.com or call +91 6363102517 - approved refunds are processed within 3-5 days. Full terms are on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

Question 2

How does an online KidPRO session work?

Accepted Answer

Every class is live with a certified KidPRO coach, in a small group or 1:1 depending on the plan you pick. Sessions run 30-45 minutes: warm-up, skill work, cool-down. You need a 6×6 ft clear space and a yoga mat. Parents are welcome to watch; no travel required.

Question 3

What age is KidPRO suitable for?

Accepted Answer

KidPRO is for children aged 4-14. Fundamental Movement Training is for ages 4-12, Animal Movement & MMA for 6-12, Taekwondo for 8-12, and Yoga for Growing Minds for 4-14. The coach places your child on the right track in the first session.

Question 4

Group classes or 1:1, which should we choose?

Accepted Answer

Both run 12 live classes a month with a certified coach. Group classes are small and start at ₹2,999 a month; 1:1 classes give the whole session to your child and start at ₹5,999 a month. Many families book the ₹99 demo first and decide after seeing their child with a coach.

Question 5

Isn't this just replacing one screen with another?

Accepted Answer

The screen is a live coach, not something to watch. Your child is on their feet for the whole 30-45 minutes - warm-up, skill work, cool-down - with a coach correcting form in real time and calling the next rep. It turns passive screen time into movement time; the laptop is only how the coach gets into the room.

Question 6

Are KidPRO classes recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every KidPRO class, including demo classes, is recorded for the safety of your child and our coaches. Recordings are also used for your child's monthly progress report, which our AI helps prepare, to train our coaches, and to improve the KidPRO AI. Demo classes are recorded so our team can keep improving the demo experience. Nothing else. Recordings are never used in ads or on social media.

Question 7

How long are class recordings kept, and where?

Accepted Answer

For as long as your child's plan is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for safety reasons. Demo class recordings are kept the same way. If a concern is raised, we keep the related recording until it is resolved. Recordings are stored securely, and only authorised KidPRO staff can access them.

Question 8

Can I see or delete my child's class recording?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you'd like to see a recording, we will review the relevant part with you. As group classes include other children, we share only the portion related to your child. To delete your child's data, write to support@khiladipro.com. Since every live class is recorded, a child can't continue live classes without it, and we'll refund any unused classes.

Question 9

What equipment does my child need for KidPRO?

Accepted Answer

Almost none. A yoga mat and 6×6 ft of clear floor space covers 90% of sessions. Advanced programmes may occasionally require a resistance band or light weights, which your coach will specify in advance.

Question 10

Is strength training safe for young children?

Accepted Answer

Age-appropriate bodyweight training is safe and endorsed by sports science bodies. KidPRO coaches never add resistance until a child masters movement quality, following progressive overload principles designed for growing bodies.

Question 11

How much does KidPRO cost?

Accepted Answer

The first demo session costs ₹99, giving you 30 minutes 1:1 with a certified coach before you commit. Plans run 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, each with 12 live classes a month: group classes from ₹2,999 a month (₹11,999 for 12 months) and 1:1 classes from ₹5,999 a month (₹23,999 for 12 months). Longer plans cost less per class.

Question 12

What is Taekwondo training for kids at KidPRO?

Accepted Answer

KidPRO's Taekwondo track teaches kicks, blocks, punches, and Taekwondo forms (poomsae) adapted for children aged 8-12. Coaches hold international Taekwondo certifications and build discipline, self-defence awareness, and whole-body coordination.

Question 13

What is Animal Movement training for children?

Accepted Answer

Animal Movement has children move like animals - bear crawls, crab walks, frog jumps - to develop core strength, mobility, and brain-body coordination. KidPRO's Animal Movement & MMA track combines these patterns with MMA-inspired conditioning for children aged 6-12.

Question 14

Does KidPRO teach yoga for kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Yoga for Growing Minds teaches 20 yoga movements that build strength, balance, power and mobility without equipment, for children aged 4-14. The same 20 movements repeat across 12 weeks, so you can see exactly how far your child has come.

Question 15

My child is shy or gets nervous in groups, is this still a good fit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose 1:1 classes and the full 30-45 minutes belongs to your child - no waiting for a turn and no audience to perform in front of. Children start in their own living room with a parent free to sit in, and coaches build confidence at the child's own pace.

Question 16

How is KidPRO different from a local gym class for kids?

Accepted Answer

KidPRO classes are small groups or 1:1, never a hall of fifteen children with one coach. Coaches track each child's progress and send written notes to parents. No travel, no fixed venue, and sessions schedule around school and homework.

Question 17

Which certifications do KidPRO coaches hold?

Accepted Answer

KidPRO coaches are certified in their disciplines, from movement and strength training to martial arts and yoga, and every coach is vetted by KhiladiPro before teaching. Each coach's profile is on the Coaches page.

Question 18

Is KidPRO available across India?

Accepted Answer

KidPRO is fully online and available anywhere in India with a stable internet connection. Sessions run morning and evening to accommodate different school schedules. Parents in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities access the same certified coaches as metro families.
